Once a payment is made for our broadband or OTT services, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. This includes payments made for:

  • New connections or activations

  • Plan renewals or upgrades

  • Installation or setup charges

  • Equipment or device charges (if applicable)

All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Service Issues

In case of temporary service interruptions, network downtime, or speed fluctuations, our technical team will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, such interruptions do not qualify for a refund or payment reversal.

3. Plan Validity

All plans are valid strictly for the period mentioned at the time of purchase. Unused data, time, or balance will not be carried forward or refunded.
